On the auspicious day of Saturday, the 21st of September, in the year of our Lord two thousand and twenty-four, the tournament shall commence at the stroke of 11:00 in the morn. Gather ye at the mystical glade, where the ancient trees whisper secrets of strategy and valor.

This is an open event for adult and junior players of all ages and abilities.
This is a family-friendly tournament with 7 Rounds with an allocated time of 15 minutes on a digital chess clock or 25 minutes when adjudicated.
This tournament is QJ Rated.
Prizes/Rating Groups
Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each division, Best Junior Girl and the President’s Encouragement Award. The number of prize groups will depend on the number of entries received.
